This home offers the perfect blend of convenience and privacy. Situated on a large corner lot with a white picket fence and lush landscaping, this home provides several outdoor living options and ample parking. The home features multiple inviting porches and a fourth floor tower! There are two welcoming screened in porches flanking the front entrance with several Adirondack chairs, ambient lighting, and fans -- a perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee. At the rear of the home there is a sprawling screened in deck with several seating options and a swing overlooking the peaceful backyard. Plus enjoy another expansive open air 2nd floor deck with Adirondack seating for four and chaise loungers to soak up the sun. There is also a fourth floor open air tower with Adirondack seating for two offer stunning views of the town and Gulf, making it a perfect spot to catch breathtaking sunsets. Inside, the open-concept living area boasts a generous living room with a large sofa and several club chairs perfect for keeping family connected or enjoying a movie night in with a large flat screen TV. The house is needing a lot of repair. The front gate to the house is broken, the doors in the house are difficult to close, the floors in the kitchen are in desperate need of being redone. We love to cook while we are at the beach but had alot of difficulty utilizng the stovetop. The surface of the house was clean but the drawers in the master bathroom had hair in the drawers. The house is in need of repairs. The parking lot is a disaster and wasn't told about the parking fees. In the past, we were able to park in the parking lot without issues. Mar 31, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Location, Location, Location I want to start by saying that after we booked this property, we read several negative reviews. I was very concerned and contacted the property manager (Amy) who was extremely responsive and helpful, she even went to the property and walked it with me on the phone to address any of the previous comments on other reviews. We did not experience any of the issues from other reviews during our stay. Amy also reached out several times during our stay to check in and be sure everything was up to par. When we arrived the house was spotless, and I mean spotless. There was a note, 2 beach towels, a beach bag and a bottle of wine waiting on the counter. Every detail had been thought of, the house was more than big enough for the adults and our spring break crew. We loved the outdoor showers, all of the patios and the the lookout where we could see all of Seaside. The square is only steps away. We had no issue with parking as other reviews indicated, we were provided with 2 passes and when we left a couple of times, we placed a cone in our designated spot and had no issues at all. The kitchen was well stocked and the home has a washer and dryer which was very handy with teenage girls. The only issue is that the grill needs to be replaced as the grate has disintegrated, Other than that, it was a perfect vacation. We would definitely stay at Elegance again! ##### April B.
