Awesome house. Layout very accommodating for large group. Pool is a nice addition and fantastic for after beach relaxation. Walk to beach access is an easy 5 mins with a great restaurant right there. Multiple rental companies to obtain a golf cart from that makes getting around very easy. The rental company for this site is amazing. So helpful and responsive.

House very nice, perfect for our family. It does have many steps if an issue for anyone. Beach a short walk, restrooms at beach entrance across from Stinkys Cafe. Pool maintained well, heated as we reserved.

Our stay at Heavenly View was such a great time! The house is tastefully decorated and up to date. The beds and pillows were AMAZING! The kitchen was stocked well with enough plates/cups for everyone. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool and outside sitting area along with all of the extra pool and beach items in the shed. The walk to the beach is very short and convenient and we also loved the complimentary beach chair rentals! I only have a few minor complaints, we couldn’t get the frig to stay at a good temp, it either got too cold and froze things or wasn’t cold enough, the grill has seen it’s day and really needs to be replaced, the outside of the house could use a good pressure wash as it had green mildew growing on it and the red dumpster sitting in the lot beside the house is a HUGE eye sore. I wouldn’t let those things deter us or anyone from staying tho because overall it was a great place to stay and we would consider staying again!

The property is absolutely everything and more that the listing states. Beautiful property and gorgeous beaches. The real star of the show is Diamond Rental. They manage the property and have been in constant contact with our party. It was even arranged for early arrival through constant communication of our ETA. AMAZING TRIP!

The house was spacious and beds were comfy. One of the showers had to be repaired and the ice maker never worked. We enjoyed the pool after the beach. Lots of fun places to eat. Close to the grocery store . We liked the quietness of the beach compared to Destin which was crazy busy.

#### Heavenly View has no view

You cannot see the gulf from the second story and barely from the 3rd. Dishwasher had been broken for several weeks and never fixed. Black mold on the dishwasher and all over sink. None of the dishes and silverware had been washed. Many light bulbs out. There was no high speed internet as advertised. We could only get 2mbps which is not enough to get your mail. So the complementary Netflix is useless. Ended up cutting our stay short as there was no way to do some work on vacation with no internet.
