She uses the elevator one time before it broke. By the time it was fixed, we had less than 24hrs left of tbe trip. There were other issues but that one was the biggest disappointment. ##### julie g. There is plenty of room to spread out, and the kitchen is open and well equipped. The top-floor deck was a nice spot to hang out and visit as a family. The video games on the bottom floor were used by all. The bikes were a welcome activity and the hot tub was a necessity.Negatives: The pool is not heated, which was disappointing as that was one of the reasons we selected this property. The property was not accessible at the agreed upon time and no explanation was given. I had to submit my ID several times to prove my age, even the day of check-in which was an inconvenience. There are no beach chairs to take to the beach. Overall: we had a wonderful time and completely enjoyed the property. ##### Rocco P.
