There were a couple cleanliness details that were lacking (finger prints on windows; dishwasher not amazing; fridge smudged on outside; a bicycle tire was flat; and the shower liner needed to be changed out cause of mold) but overall, was clean. The living room couch was excellent for hanging out on and felt clean. Floors were clean too and the bathrooms clean. The Red Bar is a 30 sec walk.
