Also conveniently located near other restaurants, shops, and Publix, this home is ready for your next beach adventure! \*This house comes with a maximum of 12 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. The ultra-desirable location of this home cannot be beat, especially for families!!! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and a third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests. Other things to note \-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. \-In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration. \-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. \-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. The Included high chair, pack n play , stair gate and beach gear (chairs and umbrellas) made traveling so much easier for us! The location was perfect right next camp watercolor!
