If you are looking for a peaceful getaway you've come to the right place. Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home sits quietly in a tree topped area. On the front porch you can enjoy your morning coffee and the gulf breezes. From the fully equipped kitchen, you can view the living room area featuring a flat screen TV. The master bedroom with private En suite opens up to the large porch and is the coziest spot for your evening glass of wine. An outdoor gas grill is available for use. One guest room has a Queen bed and the other has two full beds. Good Vibes 30A can comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Seagrove Beach is centrally located to fabulous restaurants and places to shop. Seagroves newest hub, Greenway Station, only a 2-minute walk from the home, offers a coffee shop, ice cream parlor, shopping and a wide variety of restaurants including our favorite, The Salty Butcher. Our home is very convenient to Eastern Lake for kayaking, paddling, or sailing. Biking is the preferred method of travel here so be sure to use the bikes at the home. Community Amenities Found along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Seagrove Beach is a mile-and-a-half beach that encircles a small cove and lures visitors with its beauty and serenity. Named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it, Seagrove still maintains the same green canopy of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that came to define it a half a century ago. Today, Seagrove has an eclectic mix of old beach homesteads and newer cottages, as well as a well-balanced menu of off-beach activities that range from exploring Point Washington State Forest to browsing the beach shops and restaurants along Scenic Highway 30A. Public Beach Access Locations Closest to the Home w/ Limited Parking Area, guest provides their own beach gear: The Eastern Lake Beach Access is located at the end of S. Gulf Dr, only 0.3 mile from the home, about a 5-6 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride. Ramsgate Beach Access is located at the end of Eastern Lake Dr if you keep walking past the first access, only 0.5 mile from the home, about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride. Both access points are pedestrian accesses only (walk/bike) and do not have parking areas directly at the access points. However, there is a small (very limited) parking area located in between these two locations at 400 Eastern Lake Rd (Eastern Lake Municipal Parking Facility) only about a 1-2 minute walk to the access points. These locations do not allow professional vendor beach chair setups, so guests would need to bring their own beach gear to and from the beach. There are area companies that will deliver gear to your home for you to use throughout your stay. Closest Public Beach Access w/ Parking Area and allows vendor beach chair setups: The closest public beach access with a parking area is the Santa Clara Regional Beach Access 1.5 miles away, about a 4 minute drive or a 7-8 minute bike ride. This location allows professional vendor beach chair setups. So, you can reserve beach chairs with a vendor in advance. However, since it's a public access, you still have to check in on the beach daily and chairs are placed on a first come, first served basis. Closest Public Beach Access that allows vendor beach chairs \~ Biking/Walking access only (no parking): One Seagrove Public Beach Access is 0.9 mile from the home, about a 4-5 minute bike ride, or a 15-17 minute walk. The Walton Dunes Beach Access is 1.2 miles from the home, about a 6-7 minute bike ride, or a 20-25 minute walk. These locations do not have parking areas, so they are accessible biking or walking only. These locations allow professional vendor beach chair setups. So, you can reserve beach chairs with a vendor in advance. However, since it's a public access, you still have to check in on the beach daily and chairs are placed on a first come, first served basis. Parking Good Vibes 30A has parking for two standard (smaller) vehicles, or 1 large vehicle in the driveway. There is no street parking available in this community. Golf cart rentals are allowed in Seagrove Beach. Ask us about our preferred vendor discount after booking! Please keep in mind, the golf cart must fit in the driveway with your vehicles, and none can be parked on the street or in the yard area. The property is clean and very nice, but the neighbors across the street were a big drawback and the aggressive and threatening fees and fines form emails from the property manager were stressful before we even arrived. Put a damper on our vacation to feel so stressed about getting a massive fine for putting a dish wrong or showing up a minute early. Jul 18, 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication Disliked: Cleanliness #### Adorable Cottage with Issues If I was rating the cottage on staging and decor alone, I would give it 5 stars.Outdoor deck & lawn is lovely! Mgmt responded quickly when contacted.Unfortunately,the property was filthy when we checked in.At check in,I texted the mgmt company to let them know that there was a broken drawer in the kitchen that wouldn't close, the water purifier didn't work at all,the floors looked like they had not been swept in weeks and the master bathroom had not been cleaned. They sent someone out the next day to fix the drawer but the only response that I got to other issues was,"we will let the team know". Master bath had cleaner around the toilet bowl that had just dried in streaks down the bowl.The mirror and sink had toothpaste spots and the shower had not been cleaned at all. It looked like they had maybe sprayed some cleaner on it but never washed away the cleaner or the hair on the floor.The glass doors had definitely not been cleaned.There were piles of pet hair and dust bunnies all over the floor and rugs.Since mgmt didn't offer to have cleaners back (or even an apology) I cleaned it myself. Not a great way to start a vacation! The opposite side of the basically one way street is all trailers. There is no beach access at Rams gate at this time and due to lake flooding,we had to go to the opposite side of the lake to access beach. No ice maker as advertised, just 2 plastic trays.If the house had been clean,it would have gone a LONG way to negating the other issues. ##### Kendra W.
