Must have 3 full bathes, accommodate bedrooms for 5 adults and our 2 young grandchildren, and a 6 person golf cart. The front porch, outdoor shower and privacy were extras! Not to mention the front porch, outdoor shower and privacy, those were bonuses! Since we flew in from Dallas metroplex, we were so appreciative that the house was already clean and able to check in early. The only drawback was that there is a bare minimum of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee/filers/sugar/creamer for one night and NO salt or paper. However, we would definitely stay here again!! My 4 year old loved the bunk room! And the golf cart was so nice! We had everything we needed and were about a mile from the seaside square. I forgot to bring salt and pepper and sugar with me. We were a short bike ride away/golf cart drive from the town center of Seaside. Super cute town with shops & restaurants nearby. The neighborhood that the home is located in is nice, not over-sized and had two pools to use plus a walking trail.
