On the quieter western end of 30A, tucked into the Serenity at Dune Allen neighborhood, Serene on 30A is a four-bedroom beach cottage built for the kind of trip where the golf cart does most of the driving and the sand is close enough to reach before breakfast. This is the calmer, more private stretch of Santa Rosa Beach — towering dunes, rare coastal dune lakes, and a slower rhythm than the busier villages down the road — and the home leans right into it.

The main level is open and easy, with the kitchen, dining, and living areas flowing into one bright, connected space. The kitchen comes fully stocked, with high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, generous cabinetry, and an oversized island with seating that tends to become the unofficial gathering spot. A dining table seats eight, the living room centers on a large plush sofa and a 55" smart TV, and a dedicated workspace means anyone who has to check in with the outside world can do it without hijacking the kitchen counter.

Four bedrooms sleep up to eleven. Two king rooms — one on the main level, one upstairs — give couples or parents somewhere quiet to land, the upstairs king opening to its own ensuite bath. A main-level queen room keeps things flexible, and a bunk room handles the younger crew with room to spare. Every bedroom has its own smart TV, ceiling fans keep things cool, and splitting the sleeping quarters across both levels lets early risers and late sleepers keep their own hours. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- You can find additional parking if needed on Charming Way for overflow parking - it is marked as such. If it is available, you can park there.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
