Great location

The bungalow is at the back of the property and feels secluded. Fantastic space and short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for four adults and our dog. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

The cutest bungalow!

We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. It was cozy yet big enough for everyone to have space. It’s a short walk to & from the beach. Short drive to restaurants & shopping. Great pool to cool off in after a long day & a hot tub for those tired muscles. We would definitely go back!

Three of us stayed in the Beverly and below is our list of pros and cons:Pros: walkable to some restaurants, walk in pool, hosts provided coffee, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry pods, extra toilet paper, and beach chairs Cons: the home needs a little TLC, the beds are quite squeaky, shower curtain liners need replacing (mold), there’s no ice maker or ice trays, only overhead lighting so it’s not super homey feeling, and overall, it was lackluster In conclusion, if you’re in a pinch and need a spot to stay that’s a decent value this place will work.

BEST STAY!

This stylish, fun, clean vacation spot was exactly what we hoped for and more. Walkable beach access (7 min) and close to adorable town Seaside. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and so responsive. Wouldn’t have done it any other way!

Location!

Great little bungalow in a great location. Close to a lot of good eats. Short walk to beach, but beware beach access has a lot of steps. Not a problem for us, but may be a problem for some. Complex pools were nice and relaxing to lay by. Enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location and great for families

This was our first time visiting the Santa Rosa Beach and Destin areas. We fell in love with 30A and all the towns and beaches. The pool was perfect for families, with an easy walk to the public beach access. The property was clean and quiet, and the bungalow owners/managers were highly responsive, accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and we had everything we needed for our 6 weeks.

PERFECT FAMILY VACAY!!!❤️

My husband and I, and our two children ages 8 & 12, had the most wonderful time! The place was clean as could be, simple, beautiful and bright decor. The best, and biggest pool ever, just steps away. Our kids had a blast!! Beautiful beaches close by, (walking distance, :)all great restaurants close by as well!! We all enjoyed our stay so, so much!!! Can’t wait to go back.❤️

Fabulous Girls Trip in the Beverly Bungalow!

Our week was absolutley amazing! My 3 daughters and I have the most relaxing week in our bungalow! The location is PRIME! You can walk everywhere or even rent bikes or a golf cart! Beach access is steps away and the house provided everything you need for a day in the sun and sand! My teenage daughters LOVED the decor vibe of the Bungalow! The pool and hot tub were an amazing plus to relax after long days or early mornings. We Loved everything about our stay!!

Family vacation

We loved staying here. The kids really enjoyed that the pool was only a short walk from the house and we could go there in between beach trips. The beach is a little further walk but definitely manageable! They provided everything we needed for our walk to the beach and toys! There was a wagon, boogie boards, skim board, sand toys, an umbrella and beach chairs! The house was very clean and it was nice and cool insjde all the time.

Birthday Getaway

We had a fabulous weekend! This was the perfect place for my birthday getaway. The house was very clean and so cute! The walk to the beach was very easy, and the chairs/wagon came in handy. It is very hard to find owners who keep in contact and check in on you during your stay, but these ones did not disappoint! We had no problems, but I’m 100% certain if we did, they would’ve had them fixed in no time. We will definitely be back! :)

Nice vacation rental.

Very nice condo. Loads of towels and little extras in bathrooms. Kitchen had everything if you want to fix a meal. Nice extras for the beach with chairs, umbrella and even a wagon. A great location with a short walk to the beach. The pool was exceptionally nice for a small complex. Would definitely recommend and consider a repeat stay.

Great stay -- exactly as advertised

We had a great weekend stay. The property is exactly as advertised and it was very easy to communicate with the property managers. Close proximity to the beach and other shops/restaurants. Different sections of the beach are private, so you may want to walk to a less crowded public section. We were quite comfortable in the unit with 4 adults -- it would be a tighter fit with more people (there is sleeping space for 7 people). We would stay here again in the future.

Perfect in Every Way

We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our trip to 30A / Seagrove. The property is in an ideal location with incredibly easy access to the beach (a quick walk!), local restaurants, and grocery stores. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want and need. And Morgan and Nathan are such wonderful hosts. This will always be our first spot to look to for a place to stay in future visits to the area. Thank you so much!

Exceeded Expectations!

We had a great stay Beverly Bungalow! The house was perfect for our family of 5 and very clean! The kitchen was organized and stocked, and we were given plenty of towels and basic necessities (dish soap, trash bags, toiletries) to start our vacation. We had a wonderful vacation and loved the location of the house, quite and convenient to everything! We highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated house on fabulous property

We loved loved loved this home! It was was decorated so cute and the pool was amazing! We loved every second of our stay! Morgan, the host, was always available to answer questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!
