    De nombreux clients qui reviennent réservent les maisons de ville Dune 1 année après année - c'est une tradition pour certains qui a commencé il y a de nombreuses années. Avec une vue incomparable sur le golfe, une piscine au bord de la plage et une promenade privée vers la plage, il n'est pas étonnant que les clients considèrent cet endroit spécial à la plage comme leur deuxième maison. Niché sur la plage de Dune Allen, Dune 1 a 14 maisons en rangée sur le golfe. Les caractéristiques du premier étage comprennent la cuisine, le salon, la salle à manger et le porche grillagé. Toutes les chambres sont au deuxième étage avec des suites de maître face au golfe et un balcon complet. Les réservations se font sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi, alors assurez-vous de réserver votre place tôt. Immersed in beauty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is unbeatable. The furnishings and appliances were great. If I owned the home, I'd want to make some improvements -- the screened in porch, an amazing spot to sit and start or tend the day -- needs some work. A few other little things not worth mentioning. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.

A Pleasant Townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:The townhome is right on the beach.No neighbors above or below.Chairs were setup every day on time.This specific townhome was far enough from the public access beach nearby.The screened in porch protected us from wind/sun/bugs (though we did not have any insects at the beach or in the townhome during our stay).Cons:The washer/dryer had problems during our stay.The master bedroom has a skylight which shines light through it all night long.Stinky's restaurant across the street plays live band music until about 10:30 PM basically every night.There were loud birds outside of our windows by the parking lot which woke us up every morning at dawn.While the screened in porch is nice, it is immediately adjacent to your neighbors' porches which reduces overall privacy (you can hear your neighbors if they're being noisy).In conclusion, it is a nice location for the price, the proximity to the beach, and the basic needs of a place to crash for a beach trip, but we did not appreciate the noise, light pollution for the master bedroom, and problems with the washer/dryer.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was recently remodeled and includes nice furnishing and decor. However, there are a few items that weren't completed. 1) There were no hand towel or bath towel holders in the bathrooms. 2)The property is advertised as "sleeps 8" which means 2 have to sleep on the sofa in the living room. However, there were no draperies or blinds on the LR window and there were only two sheers on a 3 panel sliding door. In my opinion, it should include heavier curtains on the window and sliding door for privacy at night and to block the light. 3) To use the ceiling fan in the LR, a switch that includes 2 can lights has to be on. There's no way to use the fan at night because the can lights directly above the soft have to be on. Property management said that the owner is going to tint the downstairs windows rather than using heavier draperies. This is not a viable option, in my opinion.

Wonderful location! Needs updating!

Great location. The condo needed many updates. Kitchen cabinets were old and welted. Refrigerator door rusted. Kitchen had old used up pots, pans, and utensils. There were no extra blanket and sheets for the foldout beds. I’ve rented vacations homes at least 10 times and this was the least accommodating. No shampoo, soap or other necessities usually provided by the property, so bring your own. Usually most homes have salt, pepper and or spices left from other tenants but this place was empty. Barely had plates, glasses and cups to use. I would definitely recommend the location but maybe try a different condo unit Would I rent it again? YES if it was the only unit available but I know now I would need to buy or bring all necessities. So add that into your budget or packing.

Thanksgiving at the beach

We had a great getaway at the beach. The location of the condo was fantastic. Literally steps to the beach! The unit itself is a bit outdated with several things in need of attention. Though it was clean, there were broken screens and doors (2 screen doors to the upstairs bedroom balcony were broken and lying on the balcony itself and the other one that was still attached was duct taped) crayon and other marks/scuffs on the walls and rust stains on appliances. There is also old carpet throughout the unit which felt damp due to being so close to the ocean. Overall we really enjoyed it and these minor issues didn’t affect our vacation, it just wasn’t what we expected.

Dune 1 Condos

This is a nice condo that is beach front. It has a fantastic view of the ocean. The condo is a little dated but overall it was nice. There were plenty of clean towels. My only concern was that it could have been cleaner. The floors and carpets were clean, but it was obvious that it had not been dusted in some time based on the dust on the table lamps, desks, books etc.

Dune #1 unit 12

Loved the location. Very easy to access the beach and surrounding area. Unit is in dire need of some cleaning and some maintenance. Mattresses on the 2 beds were very comfortable and appreciate that very much. Chief issues for us were the cleanliness or lack there of.

awesome location and amazing view.

We had a great townhome and it was the perfect size. We love the view with the ocean right there and the pool just a few steps away. Our only recommendation would be to put a ceiling fan up in the screened in patio. Over all our stay was AWESOME.

Needs some TLC - April 2017

The property is in a great location, right on the beach, quiet, yet near shopping. The unit is large and well furnished, however it is in need of some TLC. The walls need painting, the carpet needs replaced, the cabinets had a musty smell, the screen needs replaced and it had some rust on the outside. It would be a great unit if the owners did some updating.
