Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor): King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Twin-over-Double Bunk bed with a trundle and a private en-suite bathroom.

Activities: Go for a bike ride on the 19-mile Timpoochee Trail, paddleboard on a nearby coastal dune lake, or simply soak up the sun on the sugar-white sand beaches.



Guest Access & Things to Note

Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and all community amenities. A unique keyless entry code will be provided for your stay.

Parking: Two parking spaces are available. No boats, trailers, or street parking are allowed.

Dog-Friendly: We welcome up to two dogs for a fee of $175 per dog.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
