We had another family of 5 who couldn’t come, but the house would have easily accommodated them. With the number of living spaces, both inside and screened porches, there was more than enough room for everyone. The kids loved having the pool at the house, playing ping pong and spending time up the spiral staircase. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and was such a nice place for our family to gather. We had a couple of issues with the fireplace and kitchen faucet and Sanders Beach Rentals sent immediate help. Hands down the best property managers that I have ever dealt with. They addressed every single issue we had within minutes. They were extremely helpful when my husbands golf clubs got left at the house and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! The house itself was laid out perfectly for a large family or multi family get together. The location is right off the paths and close to everything. Having the golf cart was a huge bonus. It was so peaceful to start the day with coffee on the back porch with a view of the woods behind the house and we saw deer early in the morning. The kitchen, dining and living room were the perfect setup for conversation, cooking and games gathered around the large fireplace. The ping pong table on the third floor was a huge hit with the kids! The furnishings and design were comfortable and lovely for relaxing. Can’t wait to return! ##### rebecca b.
