Note: If booked try our sister property at Vrbo.com/564006. When you're at the beach it's Sea La Vie! Our beach home is located in Cassine Village, a lovely community in Seagrove Beach right across from the ocean on 30-A. It’s just a short walk to the beach with easy access. The neighborhood amenities include 2 pools, 2 tennis courts with pickle ball, a nature trail, a private lake with fishing and picnic areas, and a basketball goal. There’s always something to do in Cassine! The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, his & her closets, a master bathroom with walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom also has a king bed with a flat-screen TV, and it offers private access to the second full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a larger flat-screen TV. The kitchen and family room are a wide-open space to enjoy some downtime and relax. The family room has a large flat-screen TV. There is a large sofa with a matching love seat for plenty of seating. The kitchen area offers a fun bistro-style table with seating for six. The kitchen is stocked with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, tons of cabinet space, and all the chef's tools you need to enjoy a nice meal after a full day at the beach. A large screened in porch in back is accessible directly from the Master and Guest Bedroom, or from the main hallway. It has a comfortable couch and 2 chairs with a coffee table. It’s a wonderful place to sit and relax, read, enjoy a cup of coffee, or play games with the family. Just off of the screened porch is a patio area with an outdoor table for six, and a large four-burner grill for cooking all the fresh steaks and seafood you want. This is all in addition to the cozy wrap-around front porch with seating all around. Other amenities include free wifi, washer/dryer, beach chairs & umbrellas with a wagon, beach toys, and a large outdoor storage closet for storing any of your other beach stuff or bicycles. Seaside Beach is an easy bike ride, as well as the Publix grocery, Cumberland's convenience store, and many restaurants. 'Goatfeathers' is across the street from the neighborhood for some fantastic fresh seafood. The entrance to Cassine has a Mexican restaurant, nail salon, retail shop, urgent care, and a shop for beach toys and other items. We have recently purchased the home so it is in excellent condition, completely renovated with all new furniture, linens, towels, TV’s and more. You won't find a better value this close to the beach! We hope you visit Sea La Vie and fall in love with it as much as we have! The kitchen had all the appliances you could need to cook. The house came with a lot of beach gear and bikes. The short walk to the beach was very manageable, even with a 7 year-old, 6 year-old, and two 7 month-olds. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. The owner was easy to contact and gave great tips during our stay. I would highly recommend renting this house. ##### Katie R. The house was awesome and the location was perfect...close to the pool, a short walk to the beach and very close to the Seaside area for shopping and dining. The bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas were in great condition and came in very handy. The property manager kept in contact with us throughout the week making sure everything was good. The comfortable seating and fans on the wraparound porch and the screened in room on the back, provided enjoyable morning and evening times to sit and chat. The beach access was a short walk away and the provided cruiser bikes, allowed us to travel just up the road for shopping and restaurants without the hassle of driving and parking. This is definitely a five star property and we will definitely be staying there again. ##### Jason H. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and many great restaurants. The mexican place down the street is really good for a quick meal! The house was perfectly prepared and I felt the pictures did not do it justice. The home is beautifully decorated and not overstimulating which was calming in itself. I was worried it would be a long walk to the beach, but the reviews were all correct and it is a short walk, especially with the use of the supplied beach cart. Our kids are now both grown (18 & 22) and they love it just as much now as they did then. The back porch is both of their favorite spots in the house. Mine too! We used the all the beach stuff and the bikes throughout the week. And the owners, Stephanie & Todd, are just wonderful hosts. The weather was perfect this week and we still so nice to leave the busy beach and seaside area and head back to the peaceful neighborhood of Cassine every evening.
