Newly renovated throughout, it features an outdoor fire pit and grill inside a huge, fully fenced back yard. Several deeded beach accesses & the charming, idyllic beach town of Seaside are just a short walk from your home. The crystal clear aqua blue waters of 30A are calling, and here's the answer. Features: \-Deeded neighborhood beach access: This means you have the right to use one of several 'Old Seagrove Neighborhood' beach accesses. Details on where each is located will be provided with the check-in instructions. These are also accessible to the public, and provide access to the entire beach (from the water to the dune/bluff). \-8 minute walk to closest beach access (near Dogwood St) \-9 minute walk to Seaside \-12 minute walk to Seaside town center/shops/dining/cafes. Please Note: \- If traveling with dogs, please review our dog policy. You'll want to be sure to check the box under 'Travelers' to specify, "Traveling with pets". Nicely furnished and super clean. There is public beach access that is walkable from the house. And it was less than a 10 minute walk to the downtown Seaside area. We brought our 2 dogs and it was great to have a fully fenced yard for them to run around in. Communication with the owner was super prompt and everything went really smooth. The home is decorated in charming coastal decor that is inviting and relaxing. The kitchen is stocked well with any item you could need to make a meal. The beds were so cozy and comfortable after a long day in the beach! We stayed at the property as we were moving across country with our dogs and wanted a little downtime before our final destination. The owners advertised the property as pet friendly but they even went as far as to have dog bowls and treats waiting for them upon arrival.
