Mermaids' Rest is a sun-filled beach home centrally located along 30A in Seagrove Beach. It's neighborhood, Cassine Village, boasts some amazing amenities like 2 community pools, tennis courts, and wooded walking & nature trails. The first floor of the home includes your main entertaining area, with the kitchen open to everything. There is convenient bedroom on this floor as well - perfect for those who don't want to deal with stairs. The front porch is welcoming, rain or shine – plenty of room for some fresh air, rest, and relaxation. On the 2nd floor you'll find the other 3 bedrooms. The bunkroom setup is perfect for the kids in your group! The oversized master suite has a sitting area and a private covered porch. A great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before you head out on a beach day. Outside you'll find a gas grill for your BBQ cravings. And there is an outdoor shower to rinse off after your days at the beach. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV.
