DETAILS: Discover the best of Gulf-front living at Serenity Dunes, a sprawling Blue Mountain Beach home with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, sleeping 14 guests. Enjoy the laid-back, colorful atmosphere of this blissful stretch of the Emerald Coast, named after its indigenous blue lupine flowers and known for artist galleries and a must-visit ice cream shop. Guests will love spending sunny days taking in the Gulf view from the spacious porches, swimming in the community pool, and indulging in daily trips to the beach—only a 3-minute walk away.  
  
Step inside this stunning 2-level home to discover a first-floor great room designed for coastal relaxation. Dark wood beams and tile floors contrast against the pale green walls and tongue-and-groove ceiling, adding depth and warmth to the space. The kitchen is a chef’s delight with high-end appliances, a second refrigerator in the pantry, and ample counter space. Enjoy home-cooked meals at the 7-seat table, with extra seating at the 3-stool breakfast bar and the 4-person table in the living area. Guests can relax inside on the 2 sofas and 2 recliners flanking the 75†Smart TV or step out to the screened-in porch. Curl up on the cushioned patio seating or dine alfresco at the table for 8 while enjoying views of the Gulf. Off the porch is an outdoor shower, propane grill, and a boardwalk to the private dune lookout. For convenience, there is an office and laundry room on this level. When the day winds down, guests can retire to the guest bedroom featuring a king bed and private bathroom.  
  
Venture upstairs to find 2 guest bedrooms with king beds, 1 primary bedroom, and 1 kid-friendly bunk room with 3 twin-over-twin bunk beds, beanbag chairs, and a TV. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the Gulf, with gliding chairs and sun loungers.  
  
Gulf views and quick beach access make Serenity Dunes a perfect Blue Mountain Beach retreat. There’s parking for 3 vehicles and 5 complimentary adult bikes. The private neighborhood beach access is down the street, located between 425 and 443 on Old Beach Road. Book today for a fantastic beach getaway!
