Sea Esta is located in the beautiful NatureWalk Resort Community, where guests enjoy walkable or bikeable access to the beach, as well as nearby dining, shopping, and Publix grocery store at WaterColor Crossing.

NatureWalk offers a variety of recreational amenities, including pickleball, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. It is uniquely bordered by the scenic Point Washington State Forest, providing direct access to hiking and biking trails for outdoor enthusiasts.

At the heart of the community is The Gathering Place, a key-card accessible amenity center featuring:

Two resort-style pools (a zero-entry family pool and a heated lap pool)

Hammocks and hot tub

Two gas grills, fire pits, and an entertainment bar

A children’s splash pool, a kids’ playground, bathrooms, and plenty of shaded seating with tables and chairs

Getting Around:

The famous white, sand beaches and emerald waters of 30A are less than a mile away or only a six-minute bike.

Access the beach via Lily Lane Trail, located across from NatureWalk’s The Gathering Place. This safe, wide, and compacted path is open to bikes and pedestrians only, leading directly to San Juan Avenue. San Juan Avenue is a quiet, dead-end street with a sidewalk that continues south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, with limited parking.

For more parking and added amenities, head just 2 blocks east to the Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access, which offers ample parking and public restrooms.



Sea Esta is located nearest to WaterColor Crossing with a Publix grocery store, Marble Slab Creamery, family-friendly Pizza by the Sea at Watercolor, Driftwood Wine & Spirits, and open all-day restaurant The Perfect Pig.

Only minutes away you find beautiful Seaside with many shops and galleries and the renown Bud And Alley’s, Surfing Deer, The Daytrader Tiki Bar & Restaurant, and food trucks. WaterColor offers many wonderful boutiques like WaterColor Kids and Beachfolly along with food-favorites Gather Kitchen + Bar, Fish Out of Water (FOOW), and The Wine Bar.

Close-by Seagrove offers even more options such as the fine dining of Café Thirty-A and Angelina’s Pizzeria & Pasta.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group.
