Nestled in the coveted oceanfront community of Dune 1 Townhomes, this elegant vacation home has everything you need for your whole family to make spectacular Scenic Highway 30A holiday memories. Freshly updated and ready for you, this home has two spacious bedrooms with sleeping space for six people.

Enter on the main floor and into the kitchen and dining space. Glass front cabinets, modern light fixtures, a tiled backsplash, and sleek stainless appliances make an ideal spot for brewing the morning coffee or whipping up some quick snacks for the beach. The dining table has seating for six, while the peninsula bar seats three. The modern, wood-look flooring extends into the living space, where you’ll find a tasteful seating area and flat-screen television. But you may spend the most time on the screened-in deck that overlooks the ocean. Relax here in the evenings with a frosty cocktail while a pink and purple sunset lights up the sky. It’s a perfect spot for enjoying the gentle offshore breezes and searching for frolicking dolphins in the waves.

The unique upstairs master suite has a large soaking tub and double vanity just opposite the king-sized bed. The soaring cathedral ceiling has light-filled transom windows at the peak, flooding the space with sunshine. Two sliding glass doors lead out to a large, private balcony with stunning ocean views. There’s also a private, en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds.

All of our Dune 1 Townhomes are immensely popular with returning guests—and with good reason. You simply can’t get any closer to the beach! Guests of Dune 1 Townhomes also have access to a sparkling, gulf front swimming pool and a private boardwalk down to the beach complete with an outdoor shower to wash off sandy toes. From March 1 to October 31, you’ll receive 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella during your stay. You’ll also be within walking distance of local-favorite Stinky’s Fish Camp and only a mile from exciting Gulf Place Town Center for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

With breathtaking ocean views and easy access to all that Scenic Highway 30A has to offer, many guests consider Dune 1 Townhomes to be their beachfront home-away-from-home. All of the stress of packing up supplies for a beach day disappears at Dune 1—where you’re never more than a few steps away from sinking your toes in the warm sand and cool surf.
