The biggest issue is the location of the house in relation to the public access point. Tons of people come through the access and this house is one of the two closest to the entry, and no one wants to walk, so they pile onto the beach directly behind this house and wont walk another 40 yards to get to open beach space. The trash cans were full when we arrived and did not get picked up the entire time we stayed. We had some plumbing issues, but the management company had someone out immediately to resolve those. The house was relatively clean and has incredible views, but whoever stayed prior to us clearly had an animal with them and the furniture was covered in animal fur. House was very well equipped, had a ton of chairs for the beach and is set up very conveniently. Proximity to public access, trash, and animal fur are really the big complaints, but all else was pretty nice. ##### david k.
