Grab your beach buddies for a splendid South Walton vacation! Beach Buddy is a cozy vacation rental in Santa Rosa Beach on Scenic 30A—perfect for you and your fellow beach-loving vacationers! The property is conveniently located close to the beach and Gulfview Heights public beach access, a coastal dune lake, and plenty of beachy shops and restaurants. This vacation home has three bedrooms, two baths, sunny living accommodations, and a private pool and sundeck. It can accommodate up to eight visitors.  
  
The main living area and bedrooms are located on the second level, above the first-floor covered parking area. In the bright living room, you will find a cozy seating ensemble made up of two white loveseats and a matching armchair centered on a woven rug. The setup faces a flatscreen TV. Nestled in the corner beside a set of corner windows is a charming round table with two chairs. Nearby, the dining room features a glass-topped table and seating for six. If you’d prefer to dine in the coastal outdoors, a glass door opens onto a breezy balcony that overlooks the pool and includes a large dining table. Next to the dining room, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet and counter space.  
  
The sunlit master suite includes a queen-size bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen-size bed, cottage-style furnishings, and woven starfish décor. In the other guest bedroom, you will find two twin beds, a sunny window, and woven sea turtle décor above the beds. The guest bedrooms share access to a full hall bath.  
  
When not lounging indoors, this home has a private pool and sundeck where guests will love to relax. Lounge furniture surrounds the pool on the paver deck, extending into a shaded area below the second-level balcony. A BBQ grill is provided, making it easy to grill up a delicious, poolside surf n’ turf meal. After relaxing and a refreshing swim in the pool, head to the nearby beach access less than a five-minute walk away. Spend the day sunbathing, splashing in the waves, building sandcastles, reading a book on the sand, and more! Then, check out the surrounding 30A area for dinner or a tasty treat. Nearby restaurants include Goatfeathers Seafood, Local Catch Bar and Grill, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. While you’re out, explore Gulf Place Town Center, which features a variety of restaurants, a coffee shop, fun shops, and an outdoor art gallery of local artists.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom, Two Twin Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

We had everything we needed, plus a pool! Bonus! The beds, even the sofa bed, were comfortable and we all had a very fun, restful stay. There was a minor issue, but maintenance was there to square things away within an hour. They were great! Would definitely stay with Ocean Reef again.

#### Amazing family vacation!

We decided to check out a new spot for a family vacation this year and ended up booking this house for the week. The place was just as pictured and was perfect for our family needs. The kitchen was central to the main living and eating space so you always felt part of the conversations. While our little dude is 3, we did spot a pack and play in one of the closets which was nice they had there and we wouldn’t have had to bring if he was younger. The private pool was perfect to have for our afternoon swims, so we could enjoy the Florida sunshine while staying refreshed (the beach was a little too intense in the afternoon for our little one, so the pool was a must for us!) There was plenty of patio furniture surrounding the pool to lounge on both in the sun and under a shaded awning of the house. We also rented a golf cart during our week stay, and that was so handy to have to hop in and drive to dinners and cruise around town. Most of our dinners were had in the next beach town over in Grayton beach, which was a short 4miles in the golf cart on a slower road, so we felt safe traveling to and from with our little guy with us. It was a great experience and we’re looking forward to planning our next visit to this beautiful quaint neighborhood/town in Santa Rosa!

#### Great week at Beach Buddy, June 3 2023

Beach Buddy was great! The pool was awesome, pool toys for the kids. The house was fantastic. Loved the set up and everything in the kitchen anyone would need. The High Chair and and Pack N Play were a huge plus. I would rent Beach Buddy again. Thank you, Susan

#### Great Place - Exactly as pictured (compact but everything you need).

We stayed summer of 2022\. It was quaint and exactly as pictured. The pool in backyard was small, but that was perfect for us. Easy beach access down the road. I would definitely stay again.

#### Friendly Beach Buddy

We had a very nice stay at Beach Buddy with my teen daughter and her three friends. The location is absolutely perfect among other crowded beaches on 30A. The house was nice and kitchen was well stocked with items to help stay there for the week. Pool was very nice and heated all week which was a big plus. Only issue we had was there is pool furniture could be more updated. Photos included nice lounge chairs but they were not there and there was no where to lay out by the pool in a chair so we had to buy our own. Lot was also overgrown with weeds and plants when we got there but was cleaned up by maintenance mid week which made it better. The house does wobble or shake a bit do just be ready for that as well. Overall Beach Buddy is a great value with a heated pool for a smaller group who want a nice getaway to the 30A area. Nice cute place and ideal location to the beach and for the area.
