Step inside and be greeted by oversized bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms that redefine vacation living. The split-level layout features a fun bunk room downstairs, complete with two sets of bunks and trundles that accommodate up to six guests. Enjoy movie nights on the 65" SMART ROKU TV or unwind in the extra-large bathroom with a stunning standalone shower. This cozy space also offers direct access to a charming outdoor patio, where you can lounge on the sectional sofa, gather around the oversized dining table for meals or games, and soak up the ambiance by the fire pit—all overlooking lush green space.
Ascend to the second floor, where an open floor plan seamlessly connects the living and dining areas. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a spacious island with seating for six, plus a separate dining room that opens to a lovely front balconette. Kick back in the living room, where a massive 75" SMART ROKU TV awaits for your favorite shows or the big game. The balcony off the living area is perfect for evening cocktails or relaxing in the fresh air.
Also on the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms. One is a King Master bedroom with an ensuite bath featuring a tub-shower combo, single vanity and a 65" ROKU SMART TV. The second bedroom on this floor is a Queen bedroom (55" ROKU SMART TV) that has access to the bathroom off the Living/Dining area that has a tub shower combo and a single vanity. This bedroom is on the front of the home and has a balconette with seating for your morning coffee and meditation.
Venture up to a serene retreat on the third floor to discover three more bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and ROKU SMART TV's for your private entertainment. The expansive master King suite is a true haven, boasting a private back balconette, a cozy seating area, and the largest master bathroom you've ever seen, complete with a custom shower and double vanity. The other two bedrooms are on the front of the home, one has a King bed and the other a Queen. Both have ensuite bathrooms with a tub shower combo and a single vanity.
This contemporary home is flooded with natural light thanks to oversized windows and sits on the largest lot in the cul-de-sac, ensuring plenty of privacy. Lush greenery surrounds the property, you'll feel truly secluded yet conveniently close to all the attractions such as Mimmo's authentic Italian Ristorante, 30A Thai Cuisine and 30A Coffee Shoppe which is right across the street! Within a mile from the home you will find Blue Mountain Creamery, Cowgirl Kitchen, and Red Fish Village to name a few!
Beach access for this home is at the Blue Mountain public beach access which is 1/8th of a mile from the home. Exit the driveway and continue down Seaboard Lane to the entrance gate. Take a right onto Jetty Road which is basically the entrance to the neighborhood. Take another Right onto 30A. Continue for 1/2 a mile. Take a right onto Blue Mountain Road and follow the road to Hwy 83. The Public beach access address is 2365 S Cty Hwy 83 where you will find public parking and public restrooms. There is a bike trail along Hwy 30 or you can even choose to rent a golf cart as a fun way to get around.
For those that crave the some greenery, this home is on the edge of the Topsail Hill Preserve where you can wander the nature trails and happen upon Draper Lake, one of the areas natural ecosystem wonders.

This home has parking for 5 vehicles---one in each driveway and up to 3 in overflow outside the entrance gate. There is an outdoor shower to the right side of the home. Also, additional beach gear amenities are included via a credit. The credit is based on the length of your stay. Utilize it for delivery of bikes, paddle boards, beach carts, kayaks, corn hole game, etc... Your choice! Guests do not have usage of the elevator.

We had an amazing time, the home was so beautiful and large enough for our family to have space. Kitchen was large to cook in. Location was perfect, close to beach and shopping also to many restaurants. We would stay again.
This property was great for our family vacation! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bunk room was perfect for all of the cousins. The neighborhood is safe, gated, quiet, and friendly. Beach access is a bit of a walk, but we rented golf carts and it was super easy to reach that way.
We chose this home for the spaciousness and aesthetics of this house, as well as convenience to beach access. I rented this for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with the necessities.
Excellent vacation home for a family of 10 adults and 4 children. 6 bedrooms all with full bathroom. 1 bedroom on 1st floor with 2 sets of bunk beds next to garage and back patio. The 5 remaining bedrooms had queen or king beds on 2nd and 3rd floors. KItchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, utensils , ect. We also loved having gas grill on back patio. Ruku TVs in all the rooms. Easy access to beaches in 3 to 5 mile radius. Easy access to grocery, shopping, and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and the family memories that was made. We would highly recommend this property. GPS had us lost and we couldn't find property. If you rent its in Blue Water Landing subdivision.
