One first-floor bathroom has a full bathtub, and the other has a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and we supply linens and towels--no need to bring anything from home but your toiletries! The first floor also includes a laundry room with a Samsung washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, so you never have to worry about running out of clothes. The breakfast bar provides extra seating for your family meals to dining seating to accommodate 12 people, and the living room is large enough to include 2 ceiling fans. The kitchen comes fully equipped with practically every conceivable cooking utensil. The home's coffee bar has both a Keurig and a standard brew coffee pot. The large wrap-around porch off the living room provides a perfect location for keeping an eye on the kids in the private pool while relaxing in the gulf breeze, viewing and hearing the beach and Gulf from the deck, and has a propane BBQ grill and a Pit Barrel Smoker! The second-floor oversized deck also has a fire table perfect for making s'mores in the cooler months. A second master suite is located on the second floor and includes a king-size bed with a BeautyRest PressureSmart plush mattress with an adjustable base, and an en suite, newly renovated bathroom with double sinks, granite counters, full bathtub with shower, and private balcony. The recently remodeled top-floor tower room is an ideal kids' retreat with 2 sets of bunk beds (with a double bed on both the top and bottom of each bunk) and a twin day bed with a small pull-out twin trundle, a TV/gaming station with seating, a streaming TV and Blu-Ray player. Kids tower sleeps up to 6 kids (or 5 kids and 1 adult), and has its own half bathroom. The home also comes with plenty of items for little ones to use to avoid having to bring them, including: Pack-n-play, standing floor bouncer, twin air mattress and egg crate foam, two chair-strap booster seats, diaper changing mat, bibs, potty seat topper, toddler utensils & plates, water life vests and bicycle helmets (kids & adult size). There are beach and pool toys, board games, paperbacks, and an extensive collection of movies at the house to make a fun family night every night! We spoil our guests by using an exceptional cleaning service before and after your stay that ensures you do not have to do the cleaning work before checking out. We believe you should NOT have to spend your last day of vacation cleaning, vacuuming, and doing laundry! Our post-stay cleaning service handles all of the bed stripping, washing, and making of beds, and other cleaning so that you barely have to do anything before you check out. We want you to leave more relaxed than when you arrived! We also try to be accommodating as possible with all early check-in and check-out requests made in advance, and let us know if you need to make multiple payments to book. We are happy to help make this process as easy as possible for you. We do not charge extra for early check-in, when available. The pool can be heated during the cooler times of the year as well. Cleanliness was great this house literally has everything you in. It was well stocked with every towels(pool and bathrooms) has alot of beach stuff you can use and the umbrella and chairs already set up once we walked to the beach. The house is located in a beautiful gated neighborhood just steps from a private beach. The daily beach chair setup service made going to the beach so easy and enjoyable! The large front porch is the perfect place to drink coffee in the morning or watch the sunset in the evening. Steve and Gigi's home is the perfect spot for a family vacation! We traveled with two five adults and two children and the space worked great for us. The location of the house is within walking distance to several stores and restaurants as well as the boardwalk down to the beach. The home is stocked with everything you need to cook meals and is very kid friendly (books, nerf guns, toys, baby gates, etc.) You also can't beat the chair service down at the beach -- they set up and break down for you every day! We loved how close it was to the beach, coffee, icecream, and stores! Having access to beach chairs and umbrellas was an added convenience. We also appreciate the little things offered like hangers, laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Gigi was so easy to communicate with and very friendly. The house was in such a great location to enjoy the private beach while still being walking distance to food and shopping. The security on the beach made me feel at ease. With the public access right next door I was concerned but the security was on top of making sure you were supposed to be there. It was without a doubt our easier beach trip with kids we have ever taken. Not having to pack beach towels, boogie boards and sand toys made for a much simpler trip! We paid extra to have the pool heated (which was awesome) but we were a bit disappointed that there was no lighting at the pool--it gets dark around 4:45pm in the winter and just wasn't safe for our kids to swim without lighting (there was none inside the pool or on the deck). They are on 9,7,6 & 4\. Other than that the house was well stocked and Steve and Gigi were excellent with logistics and responsiveness! ##### lena H. Every year prior has been wonderful based on the area and the beach. For the first time we can say it was wonderful based on the area AND the house and owners. Gigi and Steve are amazing people. Checked in with us numerous times to see how things were going. The house is simply awesome. Plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out easily. So close to the beach! Cleanest house we’ve rented! And having all the beach towels, beach toys, and having an umbrella and two chair setup included?! Can’t beat that! We are already planning on booking again next year!
