Welcome to Just Add Salt, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat in the gated community of Sunrise Beach on the south side of 30A. With room for up to 12 guests, this home offers Gulf views from the balconies, a private pool, and easy beach access via two walkovers just a short stroll away. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or taking in the coastal breeze on the balcony, you'll love the blend of comfort and location. Start your mornings with coffee and conversation on the balcony while soaking up the beach view. Inside, the first floor offers 2 twin beds with built-in trundles that sleep four, plus a guest bedroom. Head upstairs to the main living area and settle in with your group on the cozy slipcovered sofas for movie nights. A fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave to make mealtime a breeze. Gather around the dining table that seats eight, with four more spots at the island. Another guest bedroom with its own balcony and an adjoining bathroom is located on this level. On the top floor, the primary suite offers the best Gulf views, a fireplace, and private balcony, a favorite spot for winding down. There’s also a queen bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony, giving everyone a comfortable place to recharge.
