The rooftop terrace is a unique feature that won't disappoint! Whether you want to take in the views while enjoying a cup of coffee or gather together while watching the sunset for the day, it is the perfect spot to create lasting vacation memories.

Thirty Blu also has a beautiful heated pool with a grilling station with plenty of outdoor seating if you'd like to cook out and swim.

We offer beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys and a wagon for guests to help make your day at the beach carefree and fun.

All within 1 block of "Paradise Blu" is a local organic grocery store, yoga studio, homemade ice cream, several restaurants (fish tacos!!), bakery serving fresh baked pastries, coffee and donut shop as well as a bike rental service that has everything you need to explore the area on 2 wheels.

"Paradise Blu" Layout:

The first floor living room has a sectional couch providing plenty of seating to watch TV or movies on the 70" flat screen TV. There are also games, puzzles and foosball for when rain showers pass through. Laundry facilities are located on this floor as well as the 1st floor Bedroom Suite. It has an adjoining bath that can be accessed from the living room or bedroom. This bedroom includes a queen size bed, 2 twin beds and makes a great bedroom for families with children or those with limited mobility.

On the second floor you will find a fully stocked chef's kitchen, dining space able to accommodate up to 10, and another spacious living room with a 65" TV. Down the hall is the 2nd Bedroom Suite with a king bed and it's own adjoining bath with walk-in shower.

The third floor offers 2 separate Bedroom Suites which are perfect for families. Bedroom 3 offers a luxurious king size bed, adjoining master bath with shower/tub combo and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 4 provides two queen size beds, reading nook and adjoining bath with shower/tub combo.

The spiral staircase leads you to the fourth-floor, 360 degree roof-top terrace. It provides ample seating and the perfect spot for sunbathing or a cocktail at sunset. Fabulous spot to enjoy the magnificent views!

***Important information***

1. There are 2 parking spaces provided and tenants MUST display parking permits on their front dash. Additional parking is available on-site in first come first served visitor spots and along 30A.

2. Minimum Age Rental Requirement is 25 and primary renter must be a guest during the entire stay. There must be at least one adult (25+) present for each 3 guests below age 25.

3. No Smoking inside or outside in common areas.

4. No Pets or animals of any kind. Our HOA prohibits them.

5. No Hammocks or hanging anything off of the rooftop terrace balcony.
