Inside, natural light fills the open living space, where cozy sofas and wing chairs create an inviting spot for movie nights or catching up with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Séjour de 3 nuits en juin 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### steve H. 19 mai 2025 #### Horrible Experience My wife and checked into the home on Thursday 5/15 at 4:00pm and were shocked to see a new home being built within 20 feet of the home we rented. Jackhammers, hammering, Spanish workers yelling back and forth. This ended around 6:00pm. The next morning at 8 we were awaked by the construction noise. At that time I Contacted Benchmark. Asking them why I was not advised of this being in a construction area. They responded "we're really sorry... but we often only learn about nearby contruction after it begins." This construction has been going on for at least 60 days - so this is complete BS. I was told they would submit a request for a refund to their team. The team responded citing "line 22 of our rental" policy that they cannot be held responsible for construction. Benchmark has an obligation to at least advise renters of contruction. Benchmark is very unprofessional and I would advise never to rent from this host. ##### steve H.
