Coastal Charm is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat with a bonus bunk area, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Located in a quiet Seagrove neighborhood, this home offers the comfort of a cottage-style retreat with the convenience of being just a short walk from the beautiful emerald waters and sugar-white sands of the Gulf. The fully fenced yard, heated and chilled pool, and relaxed coastal atmosphere make it the perfect spot for families or groups looking to enjoy all the best that 30A has to offer.  
  
Start your mornings on the front deck, sipping coffee while surrounded by the peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood. Inside, large windows bring in an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, providing a cozy space for movie nights after a day at the beach or by the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare home-cooked meals, with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full-sized appliances. The adjacent dining area offers seating for four, with an additional breakfast bar for casual dining or a quick snack. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience during longer stays.

The BBQ grill and picnic table make outdoor dining easy, and the outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. The private pool provides a refreshing way to cool off (heating available for a fee). As the evening cools, gather around the fire pit for some marshmallows and shared stories. Four bikes are also available, allowing you to explore the neighborhood, visit nearby Seaside or WaterColor, or enjoy the local bike trails.  
  
Coastal Charm is ideally located close to some of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment on 30A. You’ll be just a short drive or bike ride away from popular spots like Greenway Station, Café 30A, Seagrove Market, Surfing Deer, The Perfect Pig, and Old Florida Fish House, each offering a unique taste of local cuisine. Seaside and WaterColor are also nearby, both offering distinctive shops, galleries, and a wide variety of dining options, from casual cafes to more upscale eateries. Whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood, gourmet coffee, or a vibrant beachside atmosphere, you’ll find it all within easy reach. A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

#### Good house, cheap rental company

My wife and 10mo old daughter stayed here on our beach vacation. Logistics and finding the place were great, location was good and the pool was great. House was pretty dirty once we got settled and had a closer look. Pretty bad ant problem in the main bedroom bathroom and a lot of dead ants on the walls. My real problem was with Benchmark rental company who provide about the cheapest amenities possible (transparent toilet paper and plastic soap) and only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper. This was communicated beforehand but is still ridiculous for a rental house to not include basic human necessities. For the price we paid for the house it all felt so cheap and ridiculous. Beyond what I was inundated with texts from them asking to review them and making sure I contacted them first if I didn’t want to leave a 5 star review. SHADY. I’m sure whatever PE firm owns them will never read this but while we enjoyed the house are overall stay was pretty meh.
