DETAILS: Experience an indulgent vacation filled with sandy feet, local ice cream, and breezy bike rides down the Timpoochee Trail at Salty Cottage, an aptly named Seagrove Beach home. Perched a short walk from the Gulf’s turquoise waters, this 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom property comfortably accommodates up to 14\. Guests will love the 2 community pools, dedicated neighborhood beach walkover, and savoring the coastal air on the home’s peaceful porches at the start and end of each day.  
  
Tucked away in Summer’s Edge and surrounded by beautiful oak trees, this charming 3-level home welcomes guests with a shady, recessed front porch featuring bench seating and hooks. Step inside to discover 3 lovely guest bedrooms, each with a king bed. The first guest bedroom has a private bathroom and porch. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are in the hall closet.  
  
Take the stairs to the second level to find a bright, fully equipped kitchen with a large center island—perfect for preparing fresh seafood dinners. The kitchen seamlessly flows into an open living and dining area with creamy white walls, wood furniture, and woven rugs. A round table for 4 and a 6-person dining table offer plenty of seating for meals. After dining, adjourn to the living area, where a sofa, armchair, and 2 stylish accent chairs invite relaxing around the TV and coffee table. Or, enjoy an evening nightcap on the balcony, outfitted with Adirondack chairs and a 4-seat patio table. When it’s time to retire, there is 1 guest bedroom with a king bed on this level.  
  
The third floor hosts a spacious sleeping area with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, a private bathroom, and a furnished balcony with peek-a-boo views of the Gulf.  
  
Salty Cottage in Seagrove Beach offers a fantastic beach getaway with delightful accommodations, outdoor living spaces, and quick beach access. On-site parking makes it easy to explore the area or hop on the 5 complimentary adult bikes to visit the neighboring communities.
