"Staff was very nice. Location on a hill was not convenient and hotel should have shuttle service for all customers irrespective of their timings. Pool timing was not good at all it was from 10 am to 6 pm only. Normally Pools open 7am until 9pm or 10 pm. So if you go to pool between these timings you miss outside activities."

"I have stayed at this hotel for the last 6 or 7 years and this year was the only visit we had issues. The pool area wasn’t clean like the normal high standards and the aircon failed while we was there. We never reported the issue as friends we was with already done this. Because we didn’t moan we never got offered a free meal like our friends and they also got £100 back for the inconvenience. I messaged the hotel and nothing was offered. So basically they are encouraging guest to loan and complain rather than acknowledging they had an issue and offering this nice gesture of a free meal for the affected customers. That being said as we enjoy the hotel and location will be booking to come back in 2027."

"Fantastic location … walkable to square and also to main centre but far enough that it was peaceful in the evening (only 5 or 6 euro in a taxi up from the centre in the evening) Staff members are wonderful - friendly & helpful but not overbearing. Marc - part of the entertainment team who hosted the tapas tasting - was particularly fabulous. Activities on every day by the pool bar if you want to - not forced or hectic - cocktail making; meditation; bracelet making; hand massage; tapas tasting; quiz etc First time to Majorca and will definitely return and most likely to this hotel"

"Very clean . Staff friendly . Breakfast good. My only concern was there was no depth signs around the pool and also no hand rail for getting in and out of the pool. Signs saying no vaping or smoking around the pool - smoking area near the pool but those who vape were ignoring the sign. One guy even vaping whilst in the pool - needs to monitored ."
