Additionally, in the event of interruptions to public utilities such as water, gas, electricity, or internet, these will not be considered grounds for a refund, as they are circumstances beyond our control and may occur in a developing city. In all cases, we will make our best effort to coordinate with the corresponding service providers and restore the service as quickly as possible.
