It has three bedrooms and a parking lot, common areas such as living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry area.  
First level room with double cabin bed, private bathroom, parking for a small car.  
Second level two rooms, one of them the main one with private bathroom, double bed and auxiliary bed. The other room with double bed and cabin suitable for adults or children, social bathroom.  
Third level balcony, kitchen, dining room, clothing area with terrace.  
All rooms have air conditioning along with common areas.  
Rodadero is the best known area when talking about Santa Marta and it is in turn divided into three areas, Casa Duo is located in the southern area. With the Gaira beach, which is also very quiet, which is usually less trafficked than the beach in the downtown area.  
Nearby you will find a commercial area which includes supermarkets and restaurants as well as fast food including Pizza Vomito. In addition, you are only 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. Also just to go to the beach you can find a family that is well known for the traditional food they prepare there, which you cannot leave without trying it.  
The sector where the house is located is very close to the beach, the area is residential and there are some buildings in the surroundings.
