The property Manager was very helpful throughout our stay as well. The only downside was the walk up to this building. If you have mobility or health issues, it can be a very difficult climb. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed in Amanecer for a one week stay a few years back and decided to stay here for 6 weeks this time in K3 We booked though My Huatulco Vacations and the process and the people who work for this company are professional, they communicate well and are just nice people. They make it very easy to travel. K3 is situated at the back of the property at the top of the hill, so there is some walking to do to get to the main pool , the beach and the entrance. Keep this in mind in case mobility is an issueThe unit itself is gorgeous. It was very clean, nicely decorated and has great views from both the patios in the unit and the rooftop terrace. We spent a lot of time on the terrace in the plunge pool. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you will need and we cooked a lot The property manager Alfredo was also great in ensuring that everything was working well and he always was there with answers to any of our questions.
