The charming structure dating back to the early nineteenth century, completely renovated, consisting of nice apartments, and 'suitable for a relaxing holiday with the possibility' of numerous excursions, both to the nearby coastal towns in the heart of the green Tuscany. Among the most valuable attractions, the Romanesque parish church (in the hamlet of Pieve di Santa Luce), the wildlife oasis of Lake Santa Luce, the alabaster eco-museum (part of a museum network that also involves Volterra and Castellina Marittima) and the uninhabited village of Monteforti, with the remains of the Sanctuary of the Madonna (once the most important in the area). The average temperature in these months is 27C, although it is possible that it can even reach 30C. From September the rains begin to increase, but the temperatures remain high (October and November are generally the rainiest months of the year). Galileo Galilei International Airport (PSA) is the main airport when staying in Santa Luce, as it is only about 30 kilometers from the destination. How to reach us by car: For those arriving from the south: take the SS206 state road towards Pisa. After passing Badie, at the height of an elevated road, turn right near the indication for Pomaia or Knauf. Continue for 7 km. Once in the village of pomaia turn left, direction Pastina, and after about 7 km you will find Palazzo Giuli Rosselmini For those arriving from the north: take the SS206 state road towards Cecina-Rome, about 12 km from Cecina, at the height of an elevated road, turn left near the indication for Pomaia or for Knauf. Continue for 7 km. Heerlijke 2 weken gehad, prima basic appartement waar je vriendelijk onthaalt word door Roberto. Jammer dat de bedden niet zo goed zijn en dat er geen tuintje is. Wij hebben dus gezellig op de stoep gezeten, waar iedere avond de mensen uit het dorp samen komen om te kaarten. Aan de achterkant van het huis is het zwembad, mooi en met fijne ligstoelen. Het kleine dorpje ligt echt centraal en samen met het dorpscafeetje en winkeltje een superplek! Wij hebben het met onze 2 kinderen heel fijn gehad. ##### Freya d. Séjour de 13 nuits en juillet 2017
