We had a change of plans and needed our room for one less day than we thought and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They also let us store our bags for almost 24 hours. Right at the heart of the old town. Walkable to the main plaza, and many shops/restaurants around. The hotel was spacious, and the room had lots of space, too. I was given a room facing the street. It was interesting to be able to watch the people, but it was extremely loud (because it was Christmas).
