Welcome to our Desert Getaway!This brand newhome is designed to be an Executive Retreat for those needing to unplug, get a change of scenery and enjoy luxury. Close to state and national parks like Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. Minutes away from Tuacahn Broadway Theater and Kayenta Art Village. Walking distance to parks, grocery stores, and restaurants.  
The space has been designed to provide something for everyone! Enjoy the picturesque red mountain landscape as you relax on the upstairs balcony, grill up your favorite food on the built in outdoor kitchen, dine al fresco under the lit pergola covered dining area, sit in the hot tub with your favorite beverage while staring at the red rock, enjoy the built in bench in the pool while watching the outdoor TV, lounge in the sun, or relax in the Adirondack chairs circled around the fire-pit. The pool is open year round with no additional heating fee.  
This 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom luxury home has it all. Accommodating up to 16 guests with enough space to spread out. There is an open concept kitchen that opens into the large family room with a 75" TV. Enjoy the main floor master suite that has its own private accessible to the outdoor living room with a 55" TV, pool, hot tub and fire pit. Upstairs you will find a spacious family room with a 75" TV, a game table, and a pergola covered patio accessible by the upstairs master en suite and family room. The bunk room contains two full over queen bunk beds making bunking comfortable for large adults.  
Ocotillo Springs Resort is located in Santa Clara, Utah and offers wonderful communal amenities as well. A gorgeous resort pool complete with a water slide, rock wall to jump off, a zero degree entrance great for little kids and a hot tub. The club house has a ping pong table and pool table as well as other arcade games and a fitness center. Outside you will find a splash pad and two pickle ball courts. Fun to be had by the whole family!

A few friends stayed here for 3 nights to do some cycling and sightseeing. This was a great place, and we’ll definitely be staying here again next year. Super easy to access when we arrived, accommodated some changes to our plans, and great to communicate with. Online description didn’t do the place justice, it was fantastic. Thank you!

#### Fantastic Home in Santa Clara

We travel all over and rent homes wherever we go. We were very pleased with this property! It was well stocked with everything we needed, including hair ties and q-tips. It was spacious and comfortable for our family to spread out and relax. We loved watching a movie from the pool outside! We would definitely rent this property again!

We had a wonderful spring break vacation in this home. It had all the amenities you would want. The hot tub/pool in the backyard was amazing everyone enjoyed them. Plenty of room for the family. All of the bedrooms were very spacious. Really enjoyed having multiple king size beds. The place was very clean and maintained well. I would highly recommend staying here!!!
