### Beach front house next to restaurant

Beautiful sunset and view of the Pacific Ocean with nice grayish sandy beaches and next to cocteleria Jeannette restaurant that provides very good food options and access to their pools and hammocks if desired. Water temperature is nice and warm all year round.( Latin music sounds from restaurant all day till 7:00 pm) outdoor bbq or inside kichenet. Located near acajutla port. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms , private small pool , alot coconut trees , mini-split airconditioning in each bedroom , nice land scaping.
