Amazing stay at Irene’s place! Place is even better than pictures - so much space!! Ideally for group of 15. Very clean. Easy check in - Irene was there on arrival. Communication with Irene was amazing - answered so many of my questions. Even transported us to supermarket to do our shop (at a cost). Location very remote so car needed. But great if want to be away from it all! Irene was great in helping to organise and cook for us twice - pizza and private chef. Only feedback would be that we price we paid for private chef, it would have been nice for table to be laid and tidy up after as we would expect if paying for a chef to come in. Amazing stay - highly recommend!

Perfect for a large group in a beautiful country house.

70th Birthday for my husband, our 5 children and their partners and our 7 grandchildren joined us so we were a large group. Absolutely beautiful villa and plenty of space for everyone. We could sit all of us together at one table either in large dining room or outside patio. Fully equipped industrial kitchen was amazing. Booked pizza making for kids one night and a birthday dinner was catered again by the lovely Gina another night. Much gratitude for making our stay and my husbands birthday so very special.

Tutto ottimo... Non siamo riusciti a trovare una pecca. Titolari disponibili e cordiali. Ogni utensileria necessaria è presente. Ottima la presenza di lavastoviglie industriale essendo in 20 persone.Pulito e complimenti ai propietari che con sacrifici hanno ristruttirato questo casale con professionalità ed attenzione ad ogni dettaglio .

Herrlich

Leider kann man nur 5 Sterne geben, sonst wären es mindestens 6 geworden! Die perfekte Unterkunft für große Gruppen/Familien. Da das Haus einmal als Hotel angedacht war, hat jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer. In der professionell ausgestatteten Gastro-Küche lässt es sich hervorragend kochen. Das riesige Anwesen, der große Pool bieten ausreichend Möglichkeiten, sich auch einmal zurückzuziehen. Gina und Irene kümmern sich hervorragend um die Gäste und stehen bei Fragen stets zur Verfügung. Unbedingt den Pizza-Abend buchen! Wir haben unseren nächsten Urlaub in Sant Angelo bereits reserviert.

Schönes Haus ohne direkte Nachbarn

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Der große Pool wird täglich gereinigt - und das ohne die Bewohner zu stören. Ein Pizzaofen gehört zum Haus. Man sollte sich keinesfalls einen Abend mit selbst gemachter Pizza entgehen lassen. Selbst eine glutenfreie Pizza (eines unserer Kinder hat Zöliakie) würde extra für uns gemacht. Bei unserem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt wurden die Zimmer auch einmal komplett gereinigt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Wie waren eine Gruppe von 15 Leuten und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Es waren auch im Esszimmer, im Freisitz und am Pool genügend Sitzgelegenheiten (und Liegen) vorhanden

Wunderschönes Haus in landschaftlich toller Umgebung

Wir sind als Gruppe von vier befreundeten Familien angereist und sind von dem Haus und der sehr netten Gastgeberfamilie begeistert! Anders als bei vielen anderen Ferienhäusern übertrifft hier die Realität die Fotos noch - mit großem Pool, einem weitläufigen gepflegten Grundstück und einem für Großgruppen idealen Interieur. Das Haus ist in Alleinlage und fürambitionierte Fahrradfahrer ist die Landschaft ein Traum. Etwas Fahrzeit zu Sehenswürdigkeiten & Strand muss man einplanen - was bei dem tollen Haus und perfektem Drumherum jedoch gerne von uns in Kauf genommen wurde. Tipp: Der Pizzaabend ist ein Muss für Foodies :)) Danke an die tollen Gastgeberinnen!

Perfect location for big groups of families and friends in am ideal surrounding

We spent 1 week of holidays with totally 14 friends between 28 and 35 years old. We do that every year and this has been the most amazing place over all in ~10 years. The cottage is located on a hillside of a beautiful landscape with no-one in the closer surrounding. A dirt road of ~1 km takes you from the village road to the house. It is ideal if you want to spent time on your own with your friends and family without the need to be too cautious towards neighbours. The house is super clean and welcoming, the owners are really nice and do extraordinary lasagne :-). The kitchen is an industrial kitchen and we didn't expect it to be THAT great. So well equipped and easy to clean that we will always look for something similar for our future vacations in big groups. The bedrooms are all nice and with their own bathroom. And the cottage is the best! Same for the whole area - Green grass, a nice big tree in the backyard, fruit trees and a beautiful flower garden, all kinds of herbs growing in front of the cottage, and enough space to spent time together or alone. Fun games? There is a pool billiard table, table tennis, and a variety of table games for everybody. The pool is super clean and was recently equipped with a massage at its end. Chillout area and several lies around the pool. The landlord cleans it every day early in the morning from bugs and leaves that fell into the water. Very recommendable is the self-made pizza. Make sure to ask the landlord to prepare pizza one evening in the Stone oven in the garden. They are the best you ever eat and she will prepare as many as needed for a super fair price per person. Another "must" is to do barbecue in the garden. You must go to the village Sant Angelo in Pontano and visit the butcher! She speaks no English but is so super nice and communicative that you will get what you need. And be sure that you will enjoy every bite of your meat. It is all from surrounding farmers and super tasty and fresh! Also recommendable is a visit to Assisi, to the beach and if you like hiking, then also to the Highlands of Monte Sibilini. The only thing to improve the visit were the beds where the mattresses and beds were rather old and hard or soft, depending on the room. We already informed the landlord and when we left, we saw a big load of new beds arrive. With the new beds, there is really not much to improve! 100% recommendable without doubt! Thanks for a great time!

Großes, gut ausgestattetes Haus in herrlicher Lage.

Familie Antinori hat uns außergewöhnlich freundlich empfangen und sogar bewirtet. Sie haben uns Unterricht im Pizzabacken erteilt. Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschön. Die Ausstattung tadellos. Einzig gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Gastronomie-Spülmaschine. Die lange, steile Kiesanfahrt ist für Rennräder nicht optimal. Wir haben die Räder halt mit dem Auto hoch gefahren. Guter, gepflegter Pool. Rundum ein tolles Ferienhaus.

Sehr schönes Haus in einem wunderschön angelegten Anwesen.

Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen. Der große Pool, die gut ausgestattete Küche und die schön eingerichteten Zimmer dienten für 2 wunderschöne Wochen mit 21 Personen. Die Eigentümer haben uns mit einer Lasagne begrüßt und waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sind auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Struttura meravigliosa. Quiete e relax. Comodità e cura

Struttura molto ben curata, pulizia eccellente, attenzione dei proprietari ad ogni esigenza (lettini da campeggio, checkin anticipato per nostre necessità all'ora di pranzo poiché non avevano ospiti in partenza quel giorno). Adatto a gruppi, famiglie. Barcbecue e forno, attrezzata e molto ben fornita la cucina.

Davvero un Paradiso!

Splendida casa adagiata in una vallata incantevole. Perfetta per famiglie numerose con bambini, e rifinita in ogni piccolo particolare. I proprietari hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro nel trasformare delle vecchie case contadine in una tenuta dotata di ogni comfort moderno. La signora Gina è molto disponibile, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta e a consigliare ottimi itinerari, tra cui non poteva mancare una degustazione di vini in una delle cantine più belle della zona. Una presenza costante, ma molto discreta, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La casa, la piscina, il cottage e tutto il giardino con alberi di ulivo, palme e roseti sono impeccabili e tenuti puliti costantemente. Un luogo adatto a rilassarsi, con le colline marchigiane a farne da cornice. Vivamente consigliato!

Schlicht perfekt!

Günstig gelegen, tolles Anwesen (ursprünglich als Landhaus im Stil eines kleinen Hotels angelegt - jedes Zimmer daher mit eigenem Bad), toller Pool, eigener Gemüsegarten - perfekt geeignet für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub befreundeter Familien und Gruppen. Das Meer ist nahe, die Berge auch. Volle Empfehlung!
