The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Letojanni Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.

-From Catania Fontanarossa Airport, you can reach the accommodation in about an hour and a half. Just take a shuttle to Catania Central Station and from there follow the directions provided above.



-For those travelling by car, you can park (for a fee) along the waterfront, right near the accommodation (NOT GUARANTEED).
