It is located on the first floor with garden and sea views from the terrace and direct access to the beach. The bedroom is composed of a double bed and in the living room there is a very large sofa-bed for two people. There is a full bathroom, equipped kitchen with washing machine, fans, stove for winter, flat screen TV, wifi throughout the establishment and free parking. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment and pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation and we will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay. ## Property amenities ### Beach - De locatie is top, op loopafstand van het strand en het pittoreske dorpje Sant Pol waar je ook makkelijk de trein pakt naar Barcelona. De wifi was goed en stabiel waardoor het geen probleem was om met zijn tweeën vanuit het appartement te telewerken. Enige minpunt is dat het gebouw vrij gehorig is en je dus af en toe de buren hoort. The apartment is very nice and has all the amenities you require for a holiday on the Costa, and the underground garage is very welcome for your vehicle should you hire one. Ana, the apartment owner is lovely, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and contactable 24 hours a day. We needed an extra fan as the apartment does not have AC, and she came round the following day with an extra one for us.
