### Beautiful Villa with Sea Views, Great Location and Air Conditioning

You will enjoy stylish accommodation with premium quality and all the comforts for a memorable holiday. The villa offers Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, a private pool and garden, as well as sea views from the first floor. Located between Punta Prima and Binibeca, it is just 200 metres from the crystal-clear waters of Cala Biniancolla.  
  
This accommodation does not offer additional services typical of the hotel industry.  
  
The villa has four bedrooms: two are en suite with full bathrooms, a third with two beds, and another with a trundle bed, accommodating 7 people plus 1 child. The spacious living-dining room connects via sliding doors to a furnished terrace with a table, outdoor sofas, and sun loungers by the pool area. Free outdoor parking is available. There are three full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The main en suite bedroom includes a dressing room and access to a terrace with sea views.  
  
Situated in one of the most sought-after areas of the island, the villa is 200 metres from Cala Biniancolla, less than one kilometre from Punta Prima beach, and 2.5 km from the famous Binibeca beach. Splash water park is less than a 5-minute walk away.  
  
In the surrounding area you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and services for renting bicycles, cars, kayaks, paddle boards, scuba diving, among others.  
  
The accommodation does not accept bookings from groups of young people. Events and parties are not allowed during your stay. Some services may be available for an additional charge.
