"Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"

The shower was also very small and the drain is clogged so you would be standing in ankle deep water in less than 5 minutes. The light was broken in the washroom, the cover on the futon couch is stained and the dishes were not clean/had food from previous guests. This place was not well taken care of. "The building is old and a bit shabby but the apartment is bright and in good condition. The kitchen door to the balcony could use a curtain for privacy. Parking is a problem. From 0900 to 2000, the entire district turns into a "short-park zone," necessitating the purchase of parking tickets that must be displayed on the dashboard and allow a maximum of three hours parking. "Wir haben 2 tolle und entspannte Ferienwochen auf dem Ferienhof erleben dürfen. Die "FeWo "Zweisamkeit" hatte alles,was wir brauchten. Mit toller Aussicht auf das Schloss Seggau. Ruhige Umgebung. Herzliche Gastgeber, tolle Umgebung mit Liegestühlen und eine schöne Weinlaube.Wir können diesen Ferienhof nur weiterempfehlen."
