Renovated with much love and equipped with a new bathroom, new kitchen and many new furniture, the apartment offers the best conditions for a perfect family holiday in the middle of nature. The apartment belongs to a holiday complex, which has its own large indoor pool with outdoor pool and slide, two saunas, a football hall, table tennis, a miniature golf course, an outdoor playground and a large indoor playground with trampolines, giant slides and Climbing Maze offers many exciting recreational opportunities. THE APARTMENT The 53m² apartment consists of a combined living room and bedroom with kitchenette as well as a separate second children's bedroom and a modern shower room. From the large balcony you have a beautiful panoramic view of the town of Sankt Englmar, the surrounding mountain forest and the Danube Valley - and on clear days even into the Alps. IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD The surrounding mountains and forests invite to extensive hikes and bike tours in beautiful, original nature. In the center of Sankt Englmar there is a spa park with a large children's playground, an animal park and a very clean bathing lake. In a few minutes you can also reach the Freizeitparadies Sankt Englmar, where a spectacular forest treetop trail, a mountain roller coaster, a water playground and many other attractions await visitors. On rainy days, a visit to the "Experium", a great, within walking distance experimental museum (not only) for children. In the apartment you will find a folder with detailed information and tips on the most exciting offers in the area. ° ° ° A PARADISE IN WINTER ° ° ° In the cold season, Sankt Englmar turns into a winter sports paradise: in the immediate vicinity there are numerous trails, lifts and ski slopes (Pröller Skidereieck, Predigtstuhl Arena, etc.). State-of-the-art snow-making facilities ensure good skiing conditions regardless of the weather. Thanks to floodlight, nocturnal skiing pleasure is possible. Two ski schools with rental services can be found directly on site. The prices for ski passes etc. are very moderate compared to many other winter sports resorts. In the family-friendly ski resort of Sankt Englmar, more children are taken into consideration and there are fewer "racers" on the slopes than anywhere else. Another special feature is the toboggan lift in the center of Sankt Englmar: Here, visitors of all ages can easily be taken by lift to the top of the sledge, and then whiz down the slope. A wonderful experience is also horse-drawn sleigh rides and winter walks through the snowy Bavarian Forest. ° ° ° SHOPPING + RESTAURANTS ° ° ° There are various shops on site in Sankt Englmar (large Edeka market, bakery and confectioner, butchers, sports and clothing stores, gas station, bank with ATM, etc.). L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description et est très agréable. Les enfants ont adoré la décoration "Star Wars" de leur grande chambre et les divers jeux qui se trouvaient à leur disposition. Propriétaires répondant très rapidement aux mails et s'assurant de notre confort pendant notre séjour. Les aménagements de la résidence de vacances sont également très bien et très variés : piscine, tables de ping pong, plaine de jeux, mini golf... Nous avons découvert une région très appropriée pour des vacances familiales. Nous recommanderons avec plaisir ce lieu de vacances à nos amis. ##### Valérie C. Man kann auch mal was Kleines aufwärmen, größere Gerichte empfehlen sich nicht, da die Küche halt einfach klein ist und das Bett direkt nebenan steht. Tolle Landschaft, vieles zu Fuss oder in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Freundliche Leute, egal wo man war :) Die Whg ist sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Eigentümer ebenfalls sehr nett. Nur die Anlage ist ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Auch in der Whg selbst, scheinen die Fotos von vor 10 Jahren zu sein. Das Kinderzimmer sehr alt, Tapete dreckig und fällt ab. Die Wohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet (Hochstuhl, Rausfallschutz, verdunkelte Vorhänge, Kinderbesteck und -geschirr, Bücher, Spiele - alles vorhanden). Noch dazu ist die Lage ruhig, die Matratzen bequem, der Kühlschrank leise - alle konnten gut schlafen. Das i-Tüpfelchen wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel/Transponder gewesen, da wir uns zu fünft manchmal aufgeteilt haben, aber es ließen sich auch so gute Lösungen finden. ##### Lydia H. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung und können sie jedem, der einen familienfreundlichen Urlaub sucht, nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Wohnung war nicht nur sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, sondern auch hervorragend auf die Bedürfnisse von Familien mit Kindern ausgerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die liebevoll eingerichteten Kinderzimmer und die vielen Spielsachen, die unsere Kleinen begeistert haben. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig und dennoch zentral genug, um schnell zu tollen Ausflugszielen zu gelangen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ebenfalls ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an willkommen und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für Familien! ##### Sabrina B. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt, sogar Kuscheldecken! Von der Wohnung aus, kann man direkt Loswandern! Anschließend den Bademantel anziehen, den haben wir zum Glück eingepackt, schnell ein paar Treppen runter und man lässt den Tag in der Sauna ausklingen!! Das Resort liegt oberhalb des Ortskerns. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 Minuten bis in den Kurpark. Die Strecke ist mit Kinderwagen allerdings nicht ohne, da ordentlich Berg auf! Wohnung war ordentlich, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Hier und da kleine Mackel, aber das alte Gebäude und die Nutzung durch viele Feriengäste hinterlassen halt ihre Spuren. Die vorab zugesandte Wegbeschreibung unbedingt mitnehmen! :-) Das Resort selbst ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für Kinder ist das Hallenbad ganz toll, vorallem weil dieses im selben Haus ist. Die Tiefgarage haben wir nicht genutzt, da es deutlich näher gelegene Außenstellplätze gibt. Rundum waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern inklusive! ##### Sandra J. Gute Küchenausstattung, alles vorhanden,was man benötigt. Wir fanden es toll, dass Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden sind. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Christian W. 6 juill. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Schöne Ferienwohnung in einem in dir Jahre gekommen Ressort Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ordentlich und kindgerecht eingerichtet, mit allerhand Spielzeug und Kinderbüchern. Der Checkin war, wenn man die Anweisungen beachtet, sehr gut und problemlos. Das Hauseigene Schwimmbad war für unsere Kinder ein tägliches Highlight. Leider ist das ganze Objekt von Außen schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Tiefgarage ist in einem marroden Zustand und ich dachte Anfangs, wir sind die Einzigen die sie nutzten, außer ein paar Autos die da schon sehr lange verstaubt rumstehen. Es gibt aber sehr schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, wie z.B. der Baumwipfelpfad, der sehr zu Empfehlen ist. Die direkte Umgebung ist nur nicht zum Fahrradfahren geeignet, da es sehr steile Steigungen sind. ##### Christian W. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Laura W. 4 juin 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Gute Ferienwohnung in befriedigender Umgebung Die Ferienwohnung war gut (2), hier und da paar mängel aber passt schon, das Resort wo es drin ist, ist jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Schon eher schullandheim Atmosphäre und die minigolf anlage ist auch eher schlecht. Man kanns spielen aber die bahnen ähneln eher einer Mondlandschaft. Den indoorspielplatz haben wir aufgrund der google Rezensionen nicht besucht und "günstig" finde ich den eintritt auch nicht. Dazu noch der mangelhafte zustand (lt. Google) Der Schwimmbadbereich ist gut. Aber auch nicht mehr oder weniger. Ferienwohnung ansich trotzdem zu empfehlen. ##### Laura W. Der Pool und Sauna hat lange Öffnungszeiten, wodurch Frühschwimmen ab 8 Uhr und Saunagänge von 14-21 Uhr möglich waren.
