"it is perhaps a great property for weddings and family events where noise and chaos are standard features of the day. I came to spend one night as my race venue was 15 minutes away, room had mosquitoes, water bottles were missing, AC did not work and yes the pillows were perfect for people who weigh a ton !"

"The room you mentioned smelled very bad and only couples can stay in that hotel, families cannot come. The management was very bad and the staff was also not behaving well. We will come again next time and we will to take suggestions form you or not.. "

"Good size of room , clean room , all staff is good . Issue with policy of the hotel , they put the mini Bar in your room that might cost you all to gather USD 10 and when you checking out the receptionist ask you did you use mini Bar ? When I answered,yes I used it a 1 pack of snacks . She said ok let's wait for the confirmation from the room boy . I waited for 15 to 20 mints , then I told them them to charge me for whole minibar . I would say they should not put any mini bar or just add in to room service. "

"I had booked a stay at Park Inn for my wife and her father. They arrived quite late at night, and the hotel graciously upgraded their room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The night team was extremely helpful, courteous, and made them feel comfortable after a long day. Unfortunately, the experience just before checkout was disappointing. A staff member named Soni was unhelpful, disengaged, and came across as borderline discriminatory. Her behaviour and body language visibly changed when she attended to German guests who were next in line, which left my wife feeling quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, her colleague Sejal noticed my wife’s irritation and stepped in to assist. Sejal handled the situation professionally and with empathy, which we truly appreciate. Overall, the stay had the potential to be a 5-star experience, and it would have been one if not for the poor behaviour encountered at checkout. Consistency in service and sensitivity across all guests is something the hotel should reflect on."

"Yes - the spa was wonderful. Massages in India range around $35 and they are WONDERFUL. Do it! Loved the breakfast items - good start for the day. The hotel however is in a part of Delhi that is far from everything. We had to drive 45 -75+ mins to go anywhere. But I saw that with everything we did so the traffic had a lot to do with the transportation challenge. "
