You will find this condo a tranquil oasis updated with new soft blue painted walls, sparkling quartz counters and coastal decor. The sun filled airy kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or gourmet meal. The living room offers a dining table that seats 6\. The owners have installed wood plank luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Enjoy relaxing evenings in your living room with plenty of seating for all and a large flat screen TV. You'll find the en-suite primary bedroom a serene oasis at the end of the day with a comfy king size, and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features a queen and twin bed along with a flat screen TV with plenty of closet space for family or guests. If you need to work a bit the owner provides high speed internet and Wi-Fi. Take in the warm Gulf breezes on the screened-in lanai that overlooks the serene courtyard and pool.
