It was such a lovely thing to be able to stay with such a big group so comfortably. Everything was in great shape and easy to find. We cooked most of our meals here and the kitchens were well stocked and easy to used. The bathrooms were all clean, beds were comfortable, and host was easy to communicate with and super friendly! Jessica was very helpful throughout the whole process. There was an issue with the hot tub and she had someone out right away to fix it. The place was very clean, probably the cleanest of the many places we’ve stayed over the years. Also plenty of silverware, dishes, appliances, toilet paper, paper towels, etc which we often have found hard to come by at other places we rented. The place was very close to all the sights yet still relatively isolated and peaceful. There was plenty to do for all ages. The house was a bit hot, we stayed there likely the warmest time of year where outside temps were regularly in the 80s-90s, inside temp stayed in the low to mid 80s despite closing blinds, opening windows on the cooler side of the house and running fans. It did cool down at night. Overall very positive experience, only suggestion would be to consider an AC unit in the main areas to keep it more comfortable during the hotter days ##### matt h. We did spend time cleaning garages, barbecues, etc. Made a few repairs with lights and chairs. Property management was good to work with in regards to repairs, garage and door codes, etc. At the end of our stay there was plenty of clean up staff to haul away all of our garbage which saved us a lot of time. It took them a month to refund our deposit. Plenty of room and beds for our 18 person group, nice spot in a cul-de-sac on the hill, close to the village, was perfectly clean upon arrival. Our group had an overall awesome experience. Jessica, the property manager, was very accommodating and great to deal with. My family and I rented all 4 Snowberry units for a 30th birthday celebration. All 20 of us were very comfortable. We even had a few beds to spare. We did a fair amount of cooking and the kitchens were well appointed. The owners were very friendly while keeping a professional distance.
