At just 464 square feet, Wild Grass makes the most of every inch with a thoughtfully designed layout that comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Cozy, inviting, and full of character, it's the perfect place to unplug, reconnect, and experience the beauty of North Idaho.

Kitchen Note: The cabin is designed for simple vacation cooking. The kitchen includes a induction cooktop, air fryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, and kitchen essentials. There is currently no traditional stove, oven, or microwave.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the home and fire pit area.



You’ll enjoy easy self-check-in with a secure entry system, your unique code will be sent 15 minutes before arrival for a smooth, contact-free experience.



The Neighborhood:

Upland Cabin Retreat is located just outside of downtown Sandpoint in a quiet meadow setting with mountain views. You’ll enjoy the peaceful feel of being tucked away while still being only minutes from town.

Downtown Sandpoint offers charming local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, boutiques, art galleries, and access to Lake Pend Oreille. During the summer, enjoy farmers markets, live music, boating, and hiking. In the winter, Schweitzer Mountain Resort offers skiing, snowboarding, and mountain adventures just a short drive away.



The cabin is located in a lightly residential area with neighboring homes nearby. While you’ll have your own private cabin and outdoor space, we do ask guests to be respectful of quiet hours and surrounding properties.



Whether you’re here for ski season, lake days, or a peaceful Idaho reset, this location offers the perfect balance of convenience and countryside charm.



Other Things to Note:

✔ Guest Check-In Form & ID

A guest check-in form will be sent shortly after booking and must be completed within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. A valid government-issued ID is required for the primary guest.



🚗 Parking & RV/Tent Accommodations

The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles during your stay.



We also offer:

• RV parking with full hookups (additional fee – must request in advance)

• Tent camping space available upon request



The RV rental spot is outlined in red in the outdoor listing photos for reference.

Advance approval is required prior to arrival for any RV or tent setup. No unapproved RVs permitted on the property.



🔥 Fire Safety

A fire pit is available for guest use. This is a self-serve fire pit and guests must bring their own firewood.

Please:

• Follow all local burn restrictions

• Never leave a fire unattended

• Fully extinguish fires before leaving the area

Fire pit use may be restricted during high fire danger seasons in accordance with local regulations.



🔇 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighboring properties.



👥 Visitors & Guest Policy

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. If you wish to request approval for visitors, please contact us in advance.

Unauthorized visitors or unregistered guests may result in cancellation without refund in accordance with our house rules.
