About The Property



Styled by a local interior designer, Adgestone Villa has been thoughtfully curated to offer a calm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. Light-filled living spaces, contemporary furnishings, and carefully chosen finishes create a relaxed yet refined feel that works beautifully in every season.



The spacious lounge provides a cosy retreat after a day exploring the Island, centred around a Charnwood log burner — ideal for autumn and winter stays. During warmer months, patio doors open directly onto the south-facing garden, inviting you to enjoy outdoor dining, poolside relaxation, and long summer evenings under the Island sky.



The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfectly designed for sociable meals, family breakfasts, and relaxed entertaining, while the adjoining utility room adds practicality for longer stays.

Guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver (£100) or a pre-authorised security deposit (£500) before check-in (only charged if damage is reported within 7 days of departure).
