Sanders Park Tours and Activities

I had to check in early due to an upcoming event and the front desk staff person couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was perfect and fit the vibe of the hotel. The staff at the bar outside were attentive. I’ll definitely be back!

Hotel over booked us so we had to move to their sister hotel. We had to check in late due to flight delays. Front desk staff would not pick up The phone. Left messages through Expedia that were never answered. They claim they called us but then said they had no information to get in contact with us. Which is it? When we finally got a manager we got it worked out…. Stayed one night then moved to new hotel for best 3 nights and got a night comped. It is a beautiful hotel. But their sister hotel Saint Kate was amazing. Much much better service. It all worked out but was super frustrating to get there. We won’t go back but will stay at their sister hotel. We appreciated the manager’s honesty, taking accountability and giving us a free night!

Interesting concept, wasn't sure at first but really liked it in the end, it's done through codes, etc. No one really at a front desk, but it's OK. The room was great, very comfortable bed and a great shower. Location is excellent, close to the public market and other fun things. Parking is off site, about a half block away, very easy but if it's terrible weather, plan accordingly. The common kitchen is great. Coffee and tea available, your own spot in the fridge, etc. When we were there, a family was having their after wedding breakfast in the space and it accommodated about 20 just fine. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.
