The property itself is great. The villas are comfortable and the pools are fun. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful, the staff was helpful. However the dinner buffet was not good. There are many options for main courses however most of the meats were dry and barely edible.

Very nice and clean hotel. I would say it is more 4.5 stars maximum and not so many staff around to serve. But very clean, food was ok. Breakfast better than dinner. Rooms large and immaculate but not so cheap for what it is. Would stay again though.

Ok but not a 5 star hotel

It’s not on par with other 5 star hotels. The pool and spa areas are great and there’s a lifeguard on duty. Breakfast was fine but dinner was poor. Weird and poorly prepared dishes and poor hygiene from the guests. It seems that there’s a lot of potential but the direction and overall attitude isn’t clear.

Usel service och kundbemötande

Kan börja med det positiva. Hotellet ligger helt fantastiskt med en pool som vätter ut mot en grym utsikt. Finns potential. Men de tappar bort sig i en otroligt dålig service och noll förståelse eller vilja att kompensera när något inte fungerar. De priser som står i menyer gäller inte. Så när man beställer något så säger de bara att det kostar mer. De billigare alternativen saknas alltid. En öl kostar alltså dubbelt så mycket som det står i prislistan. Maten kommer in i olika ordning. Vid två tillfällen hade min dotter ätit upp all sin mat innan hon fick de sista tillbehören så som hennes pommes frites tex. När man sedan beställer en glass tar det 15 minuter för dem att komma tillbaka och säga att den smaken vi beställde inte längre finns. Inget annat än ett konstaterande. Inga ursäkter och ingen kompensation. Vi hade ett familjerum och betalade alltså extra för två rum. I det ena rummet fungerade inte ACn. Detta lovade dom skulle fixas vid flera tillfällen men resulterade i att alla fick sova i samma rum första natten. Ingen kompensation för detta heller. Slutligen pågår det ett stort bygge på hotellet. Detta medför extremt höga oljud vilket gör att man omöjligt kan ligga vid den delen av poolen som man helst vill vara på. Självklart ingen kompensation för detta heller

Schöne Auszeit mit Verbesserungspotential

Dieses Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen. Man kann über die gesamte Stadt schauen. Ein absolut schöner Ausblick! Die unterschiedlich warmen Pools sind auch klasse... Für jeden ist sicherlich der richtige Pool zu finden. Die Villa selber ist super sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Allerdings hat der geschraubte Holzboden im Terrassen-/Poolbereich der Villa sehr viel Reparaturbedarf. Die Schraubenköpfe stehen nach oben, so dass man sich barfuß wirklich ernsthaft verletzen könnte. Die Holzleisten sind teilweise gesplittert und gebrochen. Auch hier grosse Verletzungsgefahr... Also nur mit Schuhen laufen! Ansonsten ein prima Hotel!!
