Sand Point Marsh Tours and Activities

I have stayed here before and it was good. This time, we had an issue with the blinds/curtains. They are on a motor and we, and the maintenance staff, could not get the blinds down. Our room faced the parking garage so the lights were brightly shining through the window. That made for a sleepless night. The maintenance guy reset the power and still couldnt get it to work. This was around 1 am and we just wanted to sleep. The Sheraton could do better.

The environment was serene. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and has arguable the best bathroom shower (no mold, no discolored tiles) I have seen - and I do stay in five-star resorts/hotels all the time. They have the most polite staff. The classical music played overhead at the lobby is very soothing.
