"Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach holiday, though you'll definitely need a car to get around."

"My friends and I had the most incredible time staying at this stunning villa in San Teodoro. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of perfection. The villa itself is a true gem. It's spacious, beautifully designed across 2 floors, and has incredible balcony and garden views of the coastline. The location of the villa was also ideal. It provided a peaceful and private retreat, yet it was conveniently close to beautiful Ambra beach, the Ambra nightclub, and the town centre. We explored the local culture, indulged in delectable Sardinian cuisine, and made unforgettable memories."

"We had an excellent stay at Lina’s place. It’s well-located with a nice pizzeria and gelateria nearby and we loved the terrace and rooftop. Linens and towels came at an extra cost, which I gather is normal for the area. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable and it’s part of a lovely quiet community."

"The villa is beautiful, well equipped, nicely furnished and has air con throughout. It is a 5 minute walk to the closest beach (or 1 min drive) and about 5 mins drive to Brandinchi beach which is simply beautiful. Book ahead for Brandinchi or arrive very early - same can be said for all beaches. Dan Teodoro is 17 mins drive and bustling with nightlife, restaurants and is family friendly. There are also two complexes near the villa (Paradiso and the diving centre) which both have food options and the latter has a supermarket. Blue Bar is 5 mins drive and has amazing scenery. Cristina could not be more helpful. She did everything to make our stay fantastic and continually answered our questions about the area, gave recommendations and helped out when we had a booking problem. Highly recommend this property for an amazing family holiday in Sardinia."
